Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment for products/services on ContentOS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to this Refund Policy.
2. No-Refund Policy
All purchases made through ContentOS are final sales. We maintain a strict NO-REFUND POLICY under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after the transaction is completed.
- Digital products or NFTs have already been delivered to the user's wallet.
- Dissatisfaction with personal experience after consuming the service.
3. Exceptions (Optional)
While we strictly enforce a no-refund policy, we are committed to providing support in the event of technical system errors, such as:
- Duplicate transactions caused by system glitches.
- The product was not delivered to the user's wallet despite successful payment (verified by blockchain explorer). In such cases, please contact our support team via Email within 24 hours of the transaction for verification and resolution.
4. Payment Disputes (PayPal/Chargebacks)
Initiating a chargeback through PayPal or your bank without prior contact with our support team is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and will provide all transaction evidence (including proof of order confirmation) to PayPal to protect our project's interests.
